TRIPÉ VEGETARIANO
Interessante como tem aumentado os adeptos do Vegetarianismo Vegano, Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarianismo ou mesmo Semi-Vegetarianismo (quando predominam as refeições vegetarianas, mas se ingere um pouco de fontes animais). Precisamos chamar a atenção para uma informação importantíssima:
TODA REFEIÇÃO VEGETARIANA DEVE COMBINAR PELO MENOS 2 ENTRE 3 OPÇÕES:
- Cereais e pseudocereais (preferencialmente os integrais)
- Leguminosas (feijão, lentilha, grão-de-bico, ervilha e soja)
- Sementes oleaginosas (amêndoas, castanhas, nozes, avelãs, semente de abóbora, gergelim, linhaça, entre outras)
Assim, uma mesma refeição deve conter pelo menos uma combinação de 2, não necessariamente na mesma "receita", ou seja, pode ser uma semente na salada e uma leguminosa refogada. Veja algumas combinações:
arroz integral com feijão
arroz integral com amêndoas
arroz com lentilha
arroz selvagem com castanha de caju
quinoa com nozes
E assim por diante!
