Suflê de frango com aspargos
Vejam que receita legal! Rica em proteína com um pouquinho do nosso "sagrado" azeite de oliva, pouco carboidrato de alta densidade calórica (só um pouquinho de amido de milho)! Não fiz, mas parece bem fácil de fazer. E rapidinha!!!!
Ingredientes:
3 claras
50 g de frango desfiado e temperado
8 aspargos (100 g)
100 ml de leite
1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho
1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
1 colher (sopa) de azeite de oliva
q/n de sal e pimenta do reino moída na hora
q/n de ervas desidratadas (manjericão, tomilho)
Q/N: quantidade necessária de ingredientes
MODO DE PREPARO
1. Preaqueça o forno a 180º ;
2. Cozinhe os aspargos no vapor até que fique macio;
3. Coloque os ingredientes no liquidificador e reserve o frango desfiado;
4. Processo os ingredientes por 1 minuto;
5. Pincele um ramequim médio com azeite e transfira a massa;
6. Acrescente o frango desfiado e incorpore levemente;
7. Leve ao forno e asse por 30 minutos;
8. Pincele com azeite de oliva um ramequim grande e leve ao forno para assar por 30 minutos, ou até que dobre de tamanho, e o seu interior.
10. Retire do forno deixe esfriar um pouco e sirva como acompanhamento.
