Sopa creme de cenoura Algo Mais

 

Adaptei a sopa creme de cenoura da Amábile Kolenda aos ingredientes que tinha em casa. Ficou assim:

 

Ingredientes:
- 2 cenouras grandes

- 1 cebola grande ou 2 médias

- 2 dentes de alho

- 1 colher (café ) de açafrão-da-terra em pó

- água para cobrir

- 50 ml de leite de côco 

- 1 colher (café ) de azeite de oliva extravirgem

- gergelim branco

- salsinha

 

Modo de fazer: Colocar na panela as cenouras e a cebola picadas, os dentes de alho e cobrir com água. Sal a gosto e uma colher de café de açafrão em pó. Deixar ferver até a cenoura amolecer. Bater no liquidificador e voltar para panela. Ligar novamente o fogo e colocar o leite de côco e o azeite de oliva. Quando ferver, apagar e servir no prato. Salpicar gergelim e salsinha a gosto.
