Salmão é um dos peixes que temos bastante disponível nos dias de hoje. Como as carnes de todas as espécies, é um alimento mais acidificante do que alcalinizante, lembrando que devemos sempre favorecer uma dieta alcalinizante, que é protetora, reduzindo o risco de doenças! Combinar algumas rodelinhas de limão (uma das frutas mais alcalinizantes para o organismo devido ao teor de ácido cítrico que forma sais "básicos") e vegetais alcalinizantes, como aspargo, cebola, alho, brócolis, entre tantos outros, irá favorecer o equilibrío metabólico que desejamos.
