MOUSSE DE CHOCOLATE - FEITO COM ABACATE E ACHOCOLATADO OU CACAU

 

RECEITA FUNCIONAL
Mousse de Abacate com Cacau
Rendimento: 4 porções

1 abacate maduro
2 colheres de sopa de cacau em pó
3 colheres de sopa de mel
Bater todos os ingredientes num processador de alimentos e levar para gelar por 4 horas. Servir.

 

Eu fiz diferente: Coloquei num miniprocessador 1 abacte e 2 colheres de sopa de Achocolatado Native Orgânico.  Deixei bater por 3 minutos. Coloquei no prato e enfeitei com um pedacinho de damasco. Servi à temperatura ambiente mesmo, mas geladinho deve ficar ainda mais gostoso!
