Manteiga de sementes de girassol (Sunflower Seed Butter)

 

Ingredientes:
- 450 g de sementes de girassol

- ¾ colher de sopa de sal 
- 2 colheres de sopa rasas de mel orgânico
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva extravirgem


Modo de preparo:

Torre as sementes de girassol numa frigideira por alguns minutos. Não deixe queimar. Use fogo baixo.

Coloque-as num processador e bata até formar uma manteiga (mais ou menos 20 minutos). De vez em quando, dê uma paradinha para "soltar as bordas" com uma espátula, pois a manteiga pode ficar grudando. Adicione o mel, o azeite e o sal e bata por mais cerca de 10 minutos, até o ponto desejado.
