Macronutrientes são os carboidratos, proteínas e gorduras que compõem a nossa alimentação.

 

Estou sempre propondo uma combinação harmoniosa entre carboidratos, proteínas e gorduras saudáveis. Esta torradinha é um bom exemplo:

 

pão de cenoura (sem glúten) - carboidratos

queijo branco - proteína magra

azeite de oliva extravirgem - gordura saudável 

 

A geleia orgânica de amora (sem açúcar) entra como um "plus" de carboidratos, especialmente rica em antioxidantes (por cima do queijo)!!! 

 

Uma sugestão para o seu lanche "pós-treino" para recuperar as energias ou para as tardes frias de inverno!
