BROWNIE DE BANANA

 

- 3 colheres de sopa de semente de linhaça (cubra com água e deixe cerca de 15 minutos até se formar um gel)

- 4 bananas brancas (prata) 

- 1 xícara de aveia

- 1 xícara de farinha de arroz

- 2 colheres de tapioca

- 1/2 xícara de açúcar de côco (usei xylitol)

- 2 colheres de sopa de óleo de côco

- 1 colher de sopa de côco ralado

- 1 colher de sopa de canela

- 1 1/2 xícara de leite de soja

- 1 colher de café de fermento royal

 

Modo de preparo:
Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, começando pela banana com o leite de soja e óleo, depois açúcar, gel e por ultimo as farinhas, o fermento e a canela.
Leve para assar em forma untada e enfarinhada (pequena) e forno médio pré-aquecido até o palito sair limpo.
