Bolo de chocolate com castanhas

 

Ingredientes:

- 1 colher de sopa de castanha de caju

- 1 colher de sopa de castanha do Pará

- 2 gemas

- 5 claras

- 2 xícaras (chá) de farinha de aveia

- 200 ml de leite

- 30 g de whey protein sabor cacau

- 1 colher de sopa de fermento químico em pó

- 2 bananas picadas

- óleo para untar a forma

- sal

 

Cobertura:

- 1 barra de chocolate meio amarga ralada

- 1 banana cortada em rodelas para decorar

- 50 g de whey protein sabor cacau

- canela a gosto

 

Modo de preparo: Bata as 5 claras em neve em um recipiente e reserve. Triture as castanhas no liquidificador (reserve alguns pedaços). Misture na batedeira as castanhas, o whey protein, as gemas e a farinha de aveia. Acrescente o leite aos poucos e bata até a massa ficar homogênea. Acrescente o fermento em pó e as claras em neve, mexendo até misturar tudo. Coloque as bananas. Pré-aqueça o forno a 200 oC, unte uma forma redonda de pudim com óleo e polvilhe farinha de trigo integral. Deixe assar por 30 minutos. Obs: não deixe a massa ficar muito seca. Abaixe a temperatura caso seja necessário.

 

Para preparar a cobertura, misture o whey protein com um pouco de água, adicione a barra de chocolate e deixe derreter. Despeje por cima do bolo e decore com as rodelas de banana em volta. Se preferir, polvilhe canela em pó.
