BOLINHOS PROTEICOS DE FEIJÃO BRANCO E MANDIOQUINHA COM LINHAÇA E AMARANTO
Misture 4 colheres de feijão branco cozido, 4 colheres de mandioquinha (batata baroa) cozida, 2 colheres de flocos de amaranto, 2 colheres de farinha de linhaça dourada, 2 colheres de leite de côco, 2 colheres de biomassa (opcional). Tempere com sal rosa do himalaia, salsinha, cebolinha, orégano e açafrão-da-terra (a gosto). Bata tudo no processador. Moldar no formato desejado e assar no forno por 20 minutos. Para acompanhar, Alana sugere pasta de abacate, mostarda Dijon, limão e stevia.
