Arroz integral com alho e açafrão

 


Ingredientes:

- 1 xícara de arroz cateto integral
- 4 1/2 xícaras de água
- 3 colheres de sopa cheias de alho desidratado
- 2-3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva extra-virgem (se for ingerir azeite com salada na mesma refeição pode colocar menos; eu uso esta quantidade quando não vou comer salada na mesma refeição)
- 1 colher de sobremesa de açafrão-da-terra (tem que ficar bem amarelinho!)
- sal a gosto (coloquei 1 colher de chá rasa, provei e acrescentei mais um pouquinho)

 

Modo de preparo:
Colocar a água para ferver.
Colocar o alho e o azeite numa panela, acender fogo baixo e misturar bem. Acrescentar o arroz já lavado e mexer.
Acrescentar a água fervendo, deixar em fogo médio com a panela parcialmente tampada até começar a dar aqueles furinhos no arroz. 
Provar e ver se "agrada ao paladar".
